Today, our guests are Sanford schools three counselors, Upper School counselor Sarah Satinsky, Middle School counselor, Courtney Gregor and Lower School counselor, Skye Rashkind. We're going to be talking about how to help 7th through 12th-grade students, basically teenagers, manage stress during the pandemic.
