Susun Weed answers 90 minutes of herbal health questions followed by a 30 minute interview with her guest, Cat Pantaleo.  Cat is a Holistic Health Practitioner with over 20 years of professional experience as a consultant, instructor and nature guide. A core belief of hers is that health is a journey in which the goal is not perfection, but a life infused with meaning and purpose through self-exploration and growth, connection and joy. She is trained as an Herbalist, Naturalist, Nutritionist and Nature and Forest Therapy Guide.
