This week, as we begin our Lenten series, Highly Confidential, we focus on temptation. There are things in our life that we struggle with that we have never told anybody – not even God. Obviously, God knows our struggles and others likely do too. Confessing our need to God to help us – to save us – may be embarrassing or difficult, but it is the only way that we can live as disciples. Our need is not to avoid temptation, but to confront it in Christ, trusting in Him to be our full salvation. Temptation is not a sign of weakness, but of vulnerability.
