Magnetic Springs is a town known for its healthy mineral waters, booming real estate industry, and its higher than average number of Stand Users; something in the town's make up seems to produce Stand Users, while also drawing in Users from all around America. This effect, whether the whims of Fate or some mysterious natural law that demands Stand Users are drawn together, has set four unsuspecting people on a collision course with powers beyond their comprehension, with no way to stop.
