Our guest for this week is gym owner Kevin Gidrey. As the owner of "Find A Way Fitness", Kevin believes that you can either find a way or find an excuse.  Kevin is the living embodiment of "finding a way". When he wanted to make it to the NFL, he had to find a way.  When he was cut from the Washington Redskins and fell into a deep depression, he had to find a way.  When his wife was diagnosed with cancer, he had to find a way.  When he was fired from the gym that he helped become the number one gym in the country, because they owners were selling the business, he had to find a way When he wanted to start his own gym, he had to find a way.
