Ellen Bernstein-Ellis, Director of the Aphasia Treatment Program at Cal State East Bay speaks with Dr. Joanne Lasker. Most recently, she has served as the Graduate Program Director for the new Speech@Emerson Online Master’s Program. She has published numerous papers and chapters related to assessment and treatment of adults with acquired communication disorders who may benefit from augmentative and alternative communication techniques, in particular people living with aphasia and apraxia of speech.
