Since rules without relationship build resentment, we cannot punish young people into behaving and learning. Guest Steve Korr shares powerful restorative practices to reduce negative behaviors while increasing time to teach. About today’s guest Steve Korr, M.S., provides training in restorative practices to professionals in education, criminal justice and social services internationally with a focus on urban education in U.S. He’s worked with several of the International Institute for Restorative Practices [IIRP] schools as a counselor and school administrator, employing restorative practices with students, families and staff in school settings and in faith-based organizations.
