Eric V. of @OpenTPodcast actually listened to one of my podcast episodes, I can't believe it! Well maybe he heard I was discussing the news and he, being active in his community and interested in the goings on around the world, thought I might have something important to say. That was false, but he did hear a few things come up about the city we live in, the city of Ottawa, Canada, and specifically the area he dwells in...the dreaded downtown core. Right now, there is a big battle going on between the homeless shelters and the downtown business over who belongs where, and both have valid points.
