School Choice Nebraska

Taking the Customers for Granted

Informações:

Synopsis

Back in the early 1990s, several innovative lawmakers came up with a way to help the public schools in their states to improve. They called this innovation "charter schools."  In this episode, we look at how the current education system in Nebraska allows the schools to take their customers for granted. We discuss some video clips that feature education reformer Ted Kolderie and Fordham Institute senior research and policy associate David Griffith.
