This episode is all about slowing down. Be still and breathe. Your breath helps oxygenate your body and can easily calm you down. You've heard this before, but put it in to use. Also, meditation will get you in touch with your thoughts and help clear your mind of all the scattered thoughts. Zach likes to journal, and Joe doesn't.
