When you are selling luxury homes, which I like to call "big game hunting," you are going to sell less homes a year and each deal is going to be more critical to your bottom in line. The cool thing about being in this luxury environment is on any given day you could get the call, make the call, or run into some at a restaurant and that event could turn into the biggest deal of your life.
