Self-awareness can help any individual grow and learn. Once we can learn to become more self-aware, we can then add tools or positive practices into our life that will shift our energy. Are you feeling discouraged? Go workout. Are you feeling stressed and overwhelmed? Meditate/Breathe Are you needing a pep talk? Go find a good video on YouTube. Ed Mylett will do the trick. Are you in need of human connection? Call THAT person. It's not a matter of being motivated all the time or having some fake energetic feeling... positive energy and motivation take work. Daily... take time to pause, introspect and check in with yourself. Recognize and then go from there. Give yourself the dosage needed. Self-awareness is a very important skill to have.
