Back with another solocast. In this one I talk about the importance of finding like minded individuals/tribe that shares the same kind of dreams and has the same outlook on life as yourself. I can only see in my life how much better I work when I'm held accountable by others. And I've learned the hard way. By trying to do it all myself it has almost cost me mental breakdowns.
