Here’s something to help you rise above your anger. Anger is often an expression of fear but it’s definitely your body trying to tell you something about yourself. I remember being so angry, in fact I would be in a rage, that I would punch holes in walls, break furniture and make my family scared. I played mind games with my wife without even realizing it. Today, I want to show you how to rise above your anger, like I did, by using a simple technique I learned and kept applying to my life. If you were to ask my wife now how I am now compared to what I used to be you’d get a night and day comparison. I am very much more peaceful than I have ever been. I don’t have those extreme swings in emotion. I still get angry occasionally but it’s not that violently erupting volcano of emotion that destroys everything it encounters.
