Jimmy Hall is a singer, musician and songwriter, known around the world for his soulful vocals and dynamic stage presence. Jimmy had a string of hits as the frontman of Wet Willie including their classic “Keep On Smilin’” and also released four albums under his own name. He also had a short lived band with Dickey Betts, Chuck Leavell and Butch Trucks and has been fronting Jeff Beck’s band for many years. He’s a member of both the Alabama and Georgia Music Halls of Fame. This is part one of the conversation with Jimmy Hall.
