For more than a decade, the United Nations has deployed Andrej to support with its relief operations for floods, earthquakes and typhoons. He explains the crucial role IT professionals play in disaster zones - from collecting data to inform the search and rescue teams to helping re-connect a country’s telecommunications and infrastructure.
