The good news is: he DID fix my house, so it won’t burn down. (Or, if it does, it won’t be due to the fuses, the illegal box, or the missing insulation.) We cover fuse vs breaker box, the importance of NOT having your house burn down, and who to call to figure out if you’re not sure if that’s a real risk or not. (Hint: it’s Marion.)
