Synopsis

Dr. Monceaux holds degrees in English and Modern Languages (B.A. & M.A.), Counseling and Human Development (M.Ed.), and Educational Leadership, Ed.D. with a concentration in Global Education. He began teaching K-12 in 1999 and in 2006, began teaching ESOL students at Lamar University. Since then, he has offered more than 50 professional development workshops and training sessions to educators from all over the world in South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Spain, France, Italy, UK, Costa Rica, and Chile. Currently, Dr. Monceaux is the Associate Director, Lamar Pathway Program at Lamar University where he is responsible for program supervision, curriculum, course crafting, as well as teaching courses in the ESOL concentration, M.Ed. Teacher Leadership Program and a variety of ESL Pathway Programs. Additionally, he teaches a variety of courses part-time at Lamar Institute of Technology.admonceaux@lamar.edu
