In Matthew 23, Christ ends His ministry to the Jewish leaders by rebuking them because they are unwilling to come to Him. In the next chapter, Jesus leaves the temple because God has deserted it.... The Gospel is the power of God unto salvation to all who believe and the scriptures make it clear that Christ is able to save to the uttermost all who come to Him through repentance and faith.
