Consistency is one of those things that is so obvious how beneficial it is, yet simply put, it’s hard as hell to do. There are so many things in my life that I know, without a shadow of a doubt, would be beneficial to me if I did it regularly yet, everything in me rebels against it. Today, it was five minutes of breathing. Five minutes is nothing. It’s a blip in my day and yet I don’t want to take the five minutes to do the breath work I said I was going to do. Now, I did the breathing routine and I’m glad I did. it’s just so shocking to me that after such a small amount of time of doing something different, my entire being wants to resort back to what’s comfortable. What is it that you keep doing that although it’s comfortable, is it the way you wanna live your life? You know someone that would benefit from an episode like this please share it with them.
