Synopsis

Most of the time, it’s not a matter of intellectually knowing something. For example, it doesn’t matter that I know it’s important to be grateful. If I can’t get into a state of gratitude, the knowledge is useless. It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to consistently get into a state of gratitude and acceptance of where I am. I can intellectually fake it however feeling it for real for real, it’s been a min! It surprises me every time I do the daily breath work, nine times out of ten, I feel so comfortable in the moment. I don’t need anything external to make me feel OK. I don’t need to be busier, more successful, have more money, or get off my butt to be productive. I’m OK exactly where I am. That’s a good feeling and I wish I felt it more, lol! Do you have a practice that gets you into gratitude for real for real? Let me know what that is.
