There are a lot of explanations when it comes to making the right versus wrong decisions in your real estate dealings. You will want to reevaluate if you happen to be using the same agent the seller hired to represent them. No pushback and no other arguments. This is something that you will want to consider. It's hard to find a real estate agent with multiple personalities who are not unstable and who is able to use those different personas to balance back and forth between two very different parties.
