Have you ever wondered what it takes to develop a long term healthy habit? I’ve heard all kinds of claims like, do something for 28 days or 66 days or 90 days in a row and you will have cemented a new habit into your life. Well, how in the hell could one cheese ball knock me off my rocker so easily!? This is a story that hits close to home, especially for those that struggle with addictive behavior. It is also prevalent in other lifestyles like working out, meditation practices and definitely around food. On this episode, I share one more example of how I wasn’t just unlucky, or immature for just experimenting when it comes to extreme behavior as a young man.
