Several government patents have proven the ability (and desire) to control the brain through electronic mind control techniques. While old fashioned techniques, such as electrodes, are no longer necessary and the target can be targeted via electronic frequencies that manipulate the brain’s water molecules essentially changing the way a person feels or reacts.The Lilly Wave was developed by a Dr John C Lilly during his time at the US National Institutes of health. In the course of his work, Lilly discovered that a certain form of wavelength could manipulate the water molecules within a subject’s brain which could essentially change the way that they think and feel. According to Patrick Flanagan, the US government had immediately decided to weaponize the technology as soon as it came to light.Other patents have revealed startling experiments using electromagnetic frequencies for manipulation through television monitors. An invention by Hendricus G. Loos, called Nervous System Manipulation by Electromagnetic Fi
