There’s this thing in marketing that is super attractive. It’s called the sizzle of the “quick fix”. And this is especially true personal development. So many people are selling the quick fix to changing a habit, the quick fix to changing your life, or the quick fix to getting everything you desire. How do I know this? Well, I have tried a lot of them lol! Because boy does a quick and easy fix sound attractive! In my experience, what works best is doing the things on a daily basis that help me stay in the moment and leaving the results to a power that is beyond my understanding. On this episode I share an update on my 90 day meditation challenge. I want you to pay attention to how I’m feeling during the challenge as opposed to the tangible results.
