She has owned a thriving, successful private practice for 15 years and continues to practice dentistry 3 days a week. She has a podcast, Love Your Practice, where she explores quality of life, career enjoyment, self care and stress management for dental practice owners.  Dr Mach coaches women who own their practices using the Causal Coaching method taught at The Life Coach School.
