Bridie has been working and assisting social agencies for over 18 years conducting LGBTI inclusive research in Michigan to assess bi laws for policies the educate shelters on LGBTI issues. She trained three LBGTI centers on DV and SA assessments and understanding that DV can happen in same sex relationships and that gender is not an indicator. CWT4R welcomes Yurianna Reyes, the Domestic Violence Community Educator for Mujeres Latinas en Acción. Yurianna has been working in the Domestic Violence Program of MLEA since August 2012, wand her position allows her to reach out to the community through presentations and group counseling.
