Everyone wants to finish their lives well - and as Christians, finishing well means we walked with the Lord over the long haul of life - we get Jesus! Two examples of finishing well come from our study through the book of Numbers - Joshua and Caleb. Join us as we glean valuable insights on how to finish well.

Numbers 25 shows us what happens when the weeds spread and choke out the good. But we also see what it looks like to stand in the gap and stop sin. We discover what it looks like to be a "Phineas" today. Join in.

As we continue through the book of Numbers, the Israelites still struggle and miss the point. At every turn, God has provided for them, taken care of them, and saved them. Now, despite their grumbling, complaining and disobedience, God provides a way of salvation from their condition. Do you feel like you're unforgivable? 12 Israelite's went to spy out the land which God was giving them (Numbers 13:2). They came home with a report that it was a fruitful land flowing with milk and honey. (Numbers 13:27) Sounds good huh!!! But 10 of the 12 men said going into the land would be too dangerous, it wasn't possible & instead thought it better to return to slavery! Only two men believed in all that God was giving. They believed God was with them and told the Israelite's not to fear because of that truth (Numbers 14:9) Would you be more like the 10, or the 2? Envy. Entitlement. Pride. It's all wrapped into this weeks lesson from Numbers 12. But the great news is that we are not left with the weight of our own sin because of the hope that comes through our Savior, Jesus Christ.

We have so many things we can complain about (and do). But all the groaning, grumbling and complaining can have a heavy effect... complaining is contagious! See what God has to say about it from our lesson in Numbers chapter 11.
