The message is “truth in love”: not “Come and be blessed” nor “Turn or burn” but the need to repent: the foundation of the community in Acts.

To wholeheartedly follow Jesus is to give him everything: whatever comes next: however it ends. Conviction is key to finishing well.

We cannot say to God “I will follow IF” or “I give all EXCEPT”. We are facing controversy: staying faithful to the finish outweighs our comfort.

When God wants to pour out we need to be in position. Staying power is the hallmark of The Movement: our track lines are passion and vision.

Despite fake news and hoaxes we know truth must exist. Evidence for Christ and the resurrection is overwhelming: but to clinch it we must meet Him.

The pivotal claim of Christianity is also the most controversial. Yet it’s the alternative explanations that ignore both evidence and logic and require blind faith!

Experts not required: just don’t be put off or give up. Invite home. Share your story. Wear love. Be a friend. You have an area no-one else walks in.

The world is in a pandemic: we have the cure: this is the reality. If we love people we overcome fear. Add prayer: persistence: conviction: and ignore the voices.

How do we reach the world? Words Works and Wonders. Tell your story: ask a question: be provocative: go the extra mile: be inconvenienced: offer to pray for the miracle: always bring it to the gospel. And pray first.

A culture of outreach takes our time: money: effort: preferences: patience: reputation. Connection takes compassion: your life will back it up.

When “those invited” made excuses “anyone” was brought in. What you have is enough: your equipment is yourself. Of your “5” at least 1 will be changed forever.

Nearly all our decisions & thought-cycles are automised from our mental “library”. As we retrain our thoughts to trust God His promises form our auto-response.

Love is wired: Fear is learnt. Your thought patterns can pass via DNA to affect the next 3 generations. Unprocessed pain is toxic: forgiveness breaks the prison.

When we don’t know who and whose we are we look at what’s around us for identity and create one rooted in lies. Bringing in truth brings in Jesus who heals.

1 in 4 UK citizens have clinical mental health problems each year: but our brains are not genetically fixed. We can rewire our minds through consistent choices.

Mental health is a subject too often avoided or dismissed. Learning from Jesus some keys to helping others (and ourselves) to healing.

God’s “silence” is not abandonment. Don’t rely on feeling His presence or fall for the lie. Take time to recognise His voice: look back and trust.

Gifts show someone knows you: cares about you: has a vision for you. God’s gift is His presence: no longer a place or formula but His plan for your everyday.

All his life Jesus did what he said: and foretold he would rise from the dead. Hundreds of witness testified to it. None have ever refuted it. He still changes lives.

Every culture has believed in some afterlife. Thousands of near-death experiences add compelling evidence: with similarities transcending culture or religion.
