When patriotism for an earthly nation trumps your heavenly citizenship, it's time to evaluate whether you need to become UnbrIDOLed from American Idols (and no, we're not talking about Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, etc.)

Paul warns Timothy of the difficult times we face in the "last days." What are these "last days," what are the warnings we're given in reference to these difficult times, and how can we overcome these times?

Do you struggle with a "me first" attitude? Perhaps it's something you don't realize that's connected with your focus on God's Kingdom. It is a dangerous mindset for anyone who is a disciple of Christ.

We are living stones, making up the household of God, a new temple for the Holy Spirit, built on the foundation of the prophets and apostles, which Jesus Christ is the cornerstone... That foundation/cornerstone bears a seal or inscription. What can we learn from it?
