Jon Schweigert gives an update on the ministry of the Gideons International as an extension of the church's ministry.

During His encounter with the woman at the well, Jesus was identified as a prophet, a Savior, and finally as the long awaited Messiah.

As Jesus Christ offered the Samaritan woman at the well living water He was moved with purpose, motivated by grace, and measured by greatness.

The resurrection changed minds, it changed the Earth, it changed the story, and it changes us. Easter changes everything.

In order for us to true live out our calling, we must ask ourselves: why are we called; what are we called to do; and what is our excuse for not doing it?

In the parable of the good Samaritan, Jesus calls us to go and do likewise. We have a choice, we have a chance, and we have a command.

In order to understand and have true community, true fellowship, we as the church must: be together, be real, and be understanding.

If we seek to live a life that truly glorifies God, we must first know him, from that knowledge, we pursue him, and finally we seek his glory and his glory alone.

The first in our series No More Excuses - Excuses don't work. The three main reasons we offer excuses are Unbelief, Fear, & Selfishness. These reasons don't work because God is faithful, we don't have a spirit of fear, & selfishness is sinful.
