It was anything but a massive day at the trade period, but Patch and Lek felt like chewing the fat, and who better to share said fat with than you lot?

Brandon Ellis has found a new home on the Gold Coast while Cam Ellis-Yolmen has flown the coop to Brisbane. Will either of these players have fantasy relevancy moving forward? Damo & Lekdog break it down.

Anyone who's been on the internet over the past few days has seen the Big Big Sound movement grow Giant legs and run into our collective conscience. We'll never get the song out of heads ever again.  So, with that in mind, Patch enlists Damo and Barron to talk about memes, the grand final, and who'll win the Jock Reynolds medal for best Supercoacher on ground. They also talk Supercoach, a few trades moves, a few bits and pieces about other off-field choices and - most importantly - the memes. So many memes.

This is it. It's grand final week, where 12 months of hard work, 12 months of blood, sweat and tears all pays off. This is where you claim victory and prove your worth as king of the office, the sultan of the site, the ruler of the schoolyard... or something. So, for the biggest occasion of the year, Lek and Patch have assembled the big guns. Damo's here, all the way from Perth. Bazza's here, tuning in from Adelaide. The great Fozdaddy lends an ear and some words of advice as we whizz around and get the low-down on what to use your final trades on, if Gawn to Goldstein is viable, who, what, where, when and why you should trade out some of these useless blokes. Splitting Treloar, Macrae and Bontempelli, which is what the three amigos of Lek, Patch and Foz try to do this week on the Jock Reynolds podcast.  They talk about some new West Australian forward option, rib on Patch for a senseless, rookie error and wallow in the sorry of each of their sides losing. With Lek held up by potentially nefarious Agents of Adelaide, Patch and Damo enlist the great Fozdaddy, Matty Forrest, to come onto the podcast and talk about the great excitement that is league finals. They disucss the best moves to make in finals, how to outsmart your opponent, and when to hold 'em and fold 'em.  They also discuss moves around injuries - including the best moves to make with the injured Luke Ryan, who absolutely has to go this week, while touching on the elephant in the room - Thomas "The Liability" Lynch. Do you bring him in as an F7? Perchance. 

Lekdog, Patch and Damo are all winners this week as Freo, Carlton and Essendon all come home with the four points in some kind of miracle. While Kev and Foz couldn't make the winner's circle, the three all laugh at those who lost this week - well, just Adelaide.  They talk about all sorts of nonsense, including a few bits and bobs of premiums and rookies and Supercoach amongst all the muck and mud and ridiculousness. 

Patch and Lekdog are back for another week, with a very, very special guest. Alex, the coach of Froff, the number one team in Supercoach right now, and - we're hoping - at the end of season 2019. He talks about how he's made his way to the top of the Supercoach ranking, how he selects his team and what his secrets are.  The lads also discuss what to do with Coniglio, how to deal with some backline issues and tangent about how they're never selecting some club's players again. Also, they decide the forward line is a place of darkness and they should never go there. 

The great Fozdaddy is BACK this week as Lek and Patch scrape the absolute bottom of the barrel to help out those cash and trade-strapped Supercoachers battling. It was an awful, awful week, but we look onwards and upwards to the goal of that final, finished side.
