Justin Roach is a graphic designer who works with global artists such as Snoop Dogg and The Game. In 2016, he and Joe Cool worked together to create the album covers for Snoop's " Coolaid" and  The Game's "1992." Outside of his freelance graphic design work, Justin works as the social media coordinator and designer for Wayne Bank in Scranton, Pa. He was recently named Happenings Magazine's Best Artist in Northeast PA. I connected with Justin through Facebook. I'm pretty sure we linked through Randyland. (who I previously did a podcast with). I saw Justin's work and figured he would be a great guest for the podcast, but also reached out to see if he'd be up for working on a new podcast logo for Chillin with Deke. Jon Kolb is the President of Adventures in Training with a Purpose which is an organization focused on helping those most in need improve their quality of life through purposeful physical training. He was formerly the Steelers Left Tackle from 1969-1981 and won 4 Super Bowl Championships with the team. After football, Jon became the Steelers strength and conditioning coach and received his Master's in Exercise Science from Slippery Rock University. He also currently teaches kinesiology at Penn State and Youngstown State. In this episode, I speak with Eileah Ohning who is known online for her YouTube videos that revolve around her experience living in a car for a year. The videos are in a casual, down to earth, journal format and receive views in the 100k’s.  In 2015, she started looking into minimalism decided to live in her 2004 Acura Sedan and is now in the process of creating a Tiny Home on Wheels for herself in a sprinter van. Eileah can also be seen on YouTube speaking for Tedx Yearling Road touching on the topic of Rebellion and what it means going against the grain. This conversation we talk about a lot of topics. Obviously why Eileah decided to live in her car, what she liked about it, what she missed about conventional living, reaction from friends/ co-workers, taking a chance, being curious about the world, asking why, minimalism and much more! Outside of scouting and football, Bo enjoys running. I mean really enjoys it.... He currently has a streak which he started back in January 1998 where he runs at least 3 miles everyday. Right now he usually runs for 8-10 miles a day. So obviously in this episode we talk about the streak, how he stays persistent/determined and why he calls running a his mistress. After purchasing property in Pittsburgh’s North Side 22 years ago, Randy went against conventional thinking and crafted what is now the art gallery/ museum known as Randyland. Outside of that, he’s also created 800 gardens, 50 vegetable gardens and 8 parks. Randy is a great guy and pours his heart and resources into the city of Pittsburgh and I am grateful he gave me the time for this podcast. Roosevelt Nix (@dat_dude_nix45) is the starting fullback for the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played college ball at Kent State, winning the MAC Defensive Player of Year as a freshman and was also the first player in school history to be named first team all MAC for all 4 years. After going undrafted, he was picked up by the Atlanta Falcons but was released during training camp. Listen below to hear how Rosie went from undrafted to free agent to Pittsburgh Steeler in the course of a year. After graduating college in 2012, Cian Fahey started his own website called PreSnapReads.com which featured football analysis that was and is unique from traditional coverage on TV/radio. He started by researching cornerbacks on every snap they played not just when the ball was thrown their way. The work from his site created opportunities for him to write for other sites like the Football Guys, Bleacher Report, Football Outsiders and Rotoworld. In 2014, Cian moved to quarterback coverage and dissected every pass to see if it was interceptable or not which then led to the creation of his Quarterback Catalog in 2015.
