Rich practices dentistry at a federally qualified health center (FQHC), providing services for those who normally wouldn’t be able to afford them.Rich started to see a change in his Mom's cognitive abilities a number of years ago and thought he might have to return to West Virginia to care for her (which is was more than willing to do). Now a long-distance caregiver, Rich and his mom are enriched by the care and concern of his Mom’s church which has made long-distance caregiving just a tad bit easier.
