We initially attempted to record an episode on that theme for episode 14, with the Beatles White Album and Weezer's Green Album. The episode became a lost episode because we recorded it live with our guest JJ Russo and Lee was antagonistic the entire time about how much he hated Weezer. But despite being beaten down black and blue, the LA face and the Oakland booty rebuilds itself together in this episode. Listen to hear how Scotland connects to all of this. Plus more. The theme was 'Albums that we're thankful for,' and these are the albums that we're thankful for, because WE'RE THANKFUL FOR THE BLUES. We get into our favorite songs off each of the albums, and then each choose 5 tangential songs to connect them. Listen to hear how Boosie Badazz, Above the Law, Deltron 3030, Outkast, Santana, and Frank Herbert's sci-fi classic 'Dune' relate to these #undisputedclassic albums. Will screams a little bit too much at the beginning of this episode but the audio quality gets much better pretty quickly. -500 points to him for that.
