Here we look at the life adventures of a father, husband, writer, corporate marketer, world traveler, and meditation and yoga teacher. Bajaj takes a year sabbatical from corporate work every four years and suggests how we can too. Karan Bajaj was born and raised in India, and trained as a Hatha Yoga teacher in the Sivananda ashram in South India. He learned meditation in the Himalayas.
