This week we focus on the local scene in Houston a little with one of the very few local distilleries here, Avonak Distillery. A new distillery in it's early stages in Houston producing two different Gins and a Vodka while at the same time, laying down some Brown Water that isn't ready yet. Kyle Wray and Kemper Williams are two local, great guys working from the ground up to be the next BIG thing in the 4th Largest city in the US, Houston.
