June Insightfully

This was definitely one of the most fun settings we have had thus far. We took the setting of the nice outside temperature and the rain in the backdrop to make this episodes happen. One of our members in the leadership group had the great suggestion to collect everyone's vintage point on the topic of Leadership and the specific roles within the organisation. We went around the fireside to collect every idea. Later we dive into the specifics the organisation finds most important to stipulate. Have a listen, curious to your additions to this very topic.
