Except for a brief venture into social work, she has spent most of her adult life scouting actors, mentoring actors and placing them into all kinds of work from theatre to film since 1981 at Moore Creative Talent. She received her education at Gustavus Adolphus College with a BA in psychology and theatre. Some of her career highlights have been placing numerous actors in well-known films such as: Grumpy Old Men, Beautiful Girls, Jingle All the Way, North Country, Mighty Ducks, Fargo, Serious Man , Thin Ice with Greg Kinnear and the yet to be released film “Kumiko, The Treasure Hunter”.  She has also helped to cast all the student films for the Metropolitan Community and Technical College for the 2012/2013 school year. Carol is proud to be part of the MCT team that placed young people in TV Series (ie: the Nanny) and in major b
