He graduated from Stanford University in 1979 with a Bachelor's degree in human biology, leading to a passionate interest in human history, including several trips to Africa. Frank holds black belt rank in both karate and aikido and has presented at numerous venues, including Google, the Ancestral Health Symposium, the Dr. Robert Conn Heart Conference, and the Stanford University Institute of Design.
