Erin Jones is a mother, sister, therapist, singer and spiritual motivator. Erin and I discuss the importance of therapy and what it's like to be completely changed by loss. Erin, and the rest of her family, had tough life lessons to learn when both her mother and father passed away 9 years, 364 days apart. She created an open support group, Onward, to help others sort through the process of dealing with grief and loss.
