This week, it's all about sex! Yes, you read that right! In this episode I discuss sexuality in terms of how little talking directly and out loud we actually do especially if we are talking about sex education. As with all information, when the facts are not talked about often over the course of life due to embarrassment, shame, and guilt around the topic, it becomes easier to spread misinformation as well as myths. I discuss some of these myths as well as share from my own experiences what happens.
