Trent Vineyard Talks

On Sunday Amy, our Students and Young Adults Pastor, kicked off a new series on our Trent Family Values. She started the series by exploring what it means to be servant-hearted and how we can follow Jesus’ example as a church family.

Debby Wright, one of our Founding Pastors, spoke to us about how we can participate in extending God’s Kingdom through sharing our faith, praying for healing and taking risks.

John continued our series in the Kingdom of God by looking at how we can take part in God’s Kingdom by sharing our faith and pursuing signs and wonders.

This Black History Month we've recorded a podcast! This year, we wanted to shine a light on members of our church community of African heritage. We loved sitting down with our guests to hear more about their stories, what Jesus is speaking to them about and what they're passionate about right now.

Dave continued our series on the Kingdom of God, by exploring what it means to do the works of the Kingdom.

On Sunday, John kicked off a new series in about the Kingdom of God: Living the Life of the Kingdom. For the first instalment, he unpacked what it means to speak the words of the Kingdom.

Susie encouraged us to keep being a church who love Jesus – and love His church. Acknowledging that we are not perfect and our challenge is to keep loving the Church to shine Jesus’ light in Nottingham and beyond.

Zeke encouraged and challenged us to share our faith with confidence and to pray for those around us to meet Jesus.

We celebrated our birthday service by hearing stories from members of our church family.

On Sunday, Sam spoke to us about the powerful example of the risen Jesus’ time with his disciples. Highlighting the healing power of friendship and food, and how we can show hospitality to those around us to bridge divides and show mercy.

Ali concluded our summer series in the book of Jonah.

Ben continued our summer series in the book of Jonah.

John continued our summer talk series in Jonah.

David began a new series on the book of Jonah.

Sam explored what it looks like to live life well, through the Parable of the Talents.

On Sunday, John continued our two-part series in Galatians, exploring what true freedom in Christ really looks like.

John Bodily started a micro series in Galatians 5:1, focusing on freedom.

Becka spoke to us about how we can follow Jesus’ example of hospitality, especially when it comes to welcoming the poor and the vulnerable into our homes.

We heard from Julia Pickerill from Vineyard Columbus. She spoke to us about building a firm foundation on Jesus amidst the challenges of life.
