    Justin Trudeau's security advisor is playing down the federal government concealing documents relating directly to foreign interference in Canada from the head of the inquiry Justice Marie-Josee Hogue which Justice Hogue has requested. Position of the Trudeau government is it has chosen to provide the cabinet confidences it considers "most relevant" to the inquiry. This after Trudeau refused to answer reporters (including Global News) question about whether any Liberal MPs were named in the NSICOP report as witting or semi-witting partners of foreign governments. Is leaving the implementation to individual school districts and Alberta appears poised to follow that formula.  In Saskatchewan, the Prairie South School District (Moose Jaw) leaves the policy concerning presence and use of mobile phones in the classroom to individual schools. Ontario has announced all phones must be silent and turned off during the school day for K-6. Grade 7 and up students may use their phones during recess and lunch, but during class periods they must be turned off.     A Toronto Sun story by Joe Warmington has shown a cube van in Toronto carrying carrying video advertising depicting people carrying Palestinian flags, praying and protesting, with the banner headline on the van reading Is this Yemen? Is this Syria? Is this Iraq? No. This is Canada. Wake up Canada. You are under siege.  There have been accusations this is hate speech and Toronto's chief of police Myron Demkiw promised an investigation and TPS has posted online this is Islamophobic expression and provided contact information for anyone who has information.  Toronto Mayor Olivia Chow also denounced the van and its messaging. Others are saying what is being displayed in Toronto is nothing more than freedom of expression, guaranteed all Canadians, unless and except it is defined as hate speech, per the Supreme Court.
