In The Stacks With Barry & Latoya

After a week off the hosts return for another show again not sure if it'll be their last. The discussion becomes quite political and LaToya talks about her recent breakup.

LaToya pesters Barry about doing a show today. What she apparently failed to mention was that she wouldn't be there for it. Barry is forced to record his first episode essentially alone and in the end, abruptly walks out of the studio.

Just when you thought they were down for the count Barry and LaToya return after a month's hiatus. What do they have in store? Mayhem and fun of course. It's another shocking episode but is it their last?

This week's show has Barry and LaToya actually discussing literature as well as LaToya's finances. How is it that she's poorer now that she's in a relationship than when she was single? LaToya is also this week's chump with Braves trivia.

It's the week of the Library Fair and Barry and LaToya are SO excited. Well, that's not entirely true. After a week off they're back to their usual selves. LaToya doesn't want to do the show and Barry is wondering why he doesn't have another co-host. Anthony Davidson, aka Kiazami, returns to the show to be stumped.

LaToya doesn't want to do the show. Barry chastises her. There's Big Brother and Library Fair discussion. Virginia Greene returns to be stumped with NFL trivia. The show concludes with talk of 9/11.

If this is your first episode, maybe you should pick another one to listen to. The hosts stretch the trivia boundaries a bit and introduce some very adult humor to the Season 4 finale. There are two Stump the Chump segments and after the second you may never see the hosts quite the same again. This is definitely not a kid-friendly episode.

After being off the air for over a month due to, according to Barry, LaToya's legal issues, ITS is back! The show has the hosts not missing a beat as they discuss as much as they can remember since the last show including death, Jared, and everything in between. Today's chump is a new employee, Jarian Jones.

Never one to back away from showcasing LaToya's less intelligent side you'll love to see how Barry calls attention to her blind spot for the west coast. There's also talk of True Blood and Torchwood plus a show favorite returns, Stump the Chump. This week's chump is Dabney Kinser, the incoming Reference Supervisor.

If you don't like LaToya or want to hear her talk about herself, this is not the episode for you. It's LaToya, LaToya, LaToya. She discusses her new foray into being a featured columnist for the local newspaper as well as discuss how she feels about nicknames. Will we soon be calling her Big T? Oh, and Barry's also on the show.

Barry's reluctant to do the show and is a bit of a sour puss. He again rags on Allie Fox and show sponsor, Providio Consulting. LaToya says she no longer plans on following Lindsay Lohan's antics and again promises that she's done watching Survivor. The show concludes with a discussion on the US immigration issue.

It's another Friday show and this one is full of entertainment discussion. Barry also gives us a preview of his new writing project. And of course, there's talk of Lindsay. It's official, she has more second chances than a cat has lives!

It must be that time of the season when Barry makes LaToya feel like an idiot. In addition, he tells her to get another boyfriend and stop getting more college degrees. There's also talk of poop and the fact that LaToya should know about it.

Barry and LaToya talk about what's happening in the news. From the military to politician indiscretions, nothing is off-limits. Plus, LaToya shares some exciting news with the listeners about an upcoming project.

What was meant to be a mini-episode turns out to be a full-fledged hour show. Barry shares with LaToya some earth-shattering comic book news. It's no surprise that LaToya knew absolutely nothing about it given her vain approach to Facebook and other news. Listen to commentary from a comic book expert and a novice on the big news from DC comics. Even if you're not a comic book fan the news could shake the entire publishing industry.

With a great deal of talk about the movies, today's show is primarily about entertainment. However, to the shock of LaToya, in a candid moment, Barry shares how he really feels about his writing.

Kazoo, Kazam, Shazam. It's a very full studio as the show welcomes guests Kenrick Perez, Joel Taylor, Anthony Davidson (Kiazami), Elise Davidson, and Sasha Davidson to the Stacks. Sadly, due to technical problems only half of the show actually recorded and so the episode name will likely mean nothing to you. It was so legendary that you don't even get to fully experience it! However, despite the Friday the 13th like disaster what did record is worth listening to. In the end, you really just had to be there.

It's the end of another season and Barry and LaToya record the show early due to an upcoming meeting. There's the usual chatter, libraries, politics, as well as our new show sponsor, Providio Consulting.
