Michael Brown died five years ago this past August 10. Holy Communion marked the anniversary of his death, and of the start of the movement that arose in the streets of Ferguson. At 9:15am, between the services we held a forum with Dr. Wilson and our own Rudy Nickens, who served as the governor’s staff representative to the Ferguson Commission. We asked, “five years since the Ferguson Uprising, what has changed and what work still lies ahead?”
