The Sacramento Kings Podcast presented by Hoop Ball starts a new era, as Sacramento media personality Damien Barling assumes the hosting duties. In this first episode, Damien discusses Marvin Bagley withdrawing from consideration for the FIBA World Cup team. Bagley had a strong showing and had been favored to make the 12 man roster. Aaron Bruski joins Damien to discuss the Kings approach to the upcoming season, the wild card that is Luke Walton, and what to expect in terms of pace and growth. The two discuss Bagley’s decision to leave USA Basketball and the possibility of De’Aaron Fox being an Olympian next year.
