On this episode of People Have No Idea, I’m talking to my friend Christine Axt, about the loss of her infant son and infant loss. Christine lost her son 16 years ago around 30 weeks of pregnancy. Her son’s name was Gavin. Christine shares her emotional story, her grief journey, where she finds support and how she continues to remember her son Gavin today. For my yoga teacher training we had to come up with a fifteen minute meditation to share with the class. I thought I would also share it with all of you.
