A short time ago, Rachel did a shout out for female chef's in the Seacoast area. She knew of a few, but was surprised to find out about how many she didn't know about. Emily Hill, is one the executive chefs in the Seacoast area, spicing up the menu at Rudi's in Portsmouth.
