Since my last program NYC has once again been the target for a terror attack.  This time a would-be suicide bomber, a lawful immigrant from Bangladesh attempted unsuccessfully to create a mass casualty disaster under the streets of Times Square in Manhattan. Today I plan to discuss my December 1, 2017, FrontPage Magazine article: “DENATURALIZATION SOUGHT AGAINST 5 CHILD MOLESTERS: Naturalization has provided the “keys to the kingdom” to criminals and terrorists.”  However, we need to first consider that the jury in San Francisco found the murderer of Kate Steinle, an illegal alien from Mexico, Jose Ines Garcia Zarate, not guilty of murder and even not guilty of manslaughter.  He was only found guilty of being a felon who possessed a firearm.  Because of its “Sanctuary” policies, the City of San Francisco was an accomplice in this horrific crime.  Sanctuary cities are actually “Magnate Cities” that attract illegal aliens and the criminals, fugitives, terrorists among them.  These cities attract foreign workers who displace American workers and drive down wages for all workers similarly employed. Happy Friday! Last week I focused quite a bit of attention on the terror attack in New York City by a citizen of Uzbekistan, Sayfullo Saipov. Today FrontPage Magazine published my article about that attack and the larger issue, the nexus between failures of the immigration system and national security. Happy Friday! Today we will focus on the drug trade and its nexus to immigration. President Trump has declared the heroin epidemic constitutes a national health crisis.  That crisis is a long time in the making. Yesterday the San Diego Union-Tribune published an article, 'Dreamer' who claimed to be unlawfully deported to Mexico drops lawsuit against feds. There is a possible story within the story that will likely surprise you- but then, where the parallel universe of immigration, politics and the media are concerned, by now, absolutely nothing should surprise any of us! Last Sunday 60 Minutes aired a truly eye-opening and infuriating report, “Ex-DEA agent: Opioid crisis fueled by drug industry and Congress.”  I have written a couple of commentaries about the report that will soon be published by FrontPage Mag and CAPS.  You could say that as bad as the picture painted by 60 Minutes and the Washington Post which also participated in the investigation, as the saying goes, “You ain’t seen nothin’ yet!”  Finally, a couple of months ago, CBS News posted a report, “CBSN: On Assignment" investigates how foreign workers exploit a visa loophole for U.S. jobs.”  We will consider what this report really means

Happy Friday: Immigration continues to be the most important issue that impacts nearly every challenge and threat to confronts America and Americans in this particularly perilous era. On October 9, 2017, FrontPage Magazine published my article: HOMELAND SECURITY UNCOVERS MASSIVE IMMIGRATION FAILURES: The devastating consequences for national security.  The DHS Inspector General reports that served as the basis for my article were the focus of my last program.  However, given the ongoing “War on Terror” and President Trump’s speech today about his intentions to decertify the Nuclear Deal with Iran, we need to consider the nexus between immigration failures and our vulnerabilities to terrorism particularly where Hezbollah and Iranian Qudz Forces (Shock Troops) are concerned. Happy Friday:   For this evening’s program we will consider the national security implications of two OIG (Office of Inspector General) reports, issued just last month, that focus on failures of the immigration system to provide essential information to CBP (Customs and Border Protection) Inspectors at ports of entry that are supposed to flag aliens who pose a threat to public safety and national security and the failure of the databases used by the Adjudications Officers at USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) that are supposed to use fingerprints to identify aliens and their backgrounds who seek various immigration including lawful immigrant status and even United States citizenship. The titles of both of these reports convey the seriousness of these failures even as the President insists on subjecting aliens from terror-related countries to “extreme vetting.” CBP’s IT Systems and Infrastructure Did Not Fully Support Border Security Operations Individuals with Multiple Identities

On August 31, 2017 the Justice Department announced, “U.S. Nuclear Engineer Sentenced to 24 Months in Prison for Violating the Atomic Energy Act.”  That U.S. nuclear engineer is Szuhsiung Ho, aka Allen Ho, 66, a naturalized U.S. citizen born in Taiwan who pleaded guilty to conspiring with others to engage or participate in the development or production of special nuclear material in China without the required authorization from the U.S. Government.
